How it works

N2CS connects to your existing systems in read-only mode. Admins define and approve the searches that CS teams are allowed to use. CS agents search customer data using only those approved searches.

Searches run in read-only mode, so customer data is never changed. Results are delivered to Slack (if configured), and every action is recorded in the audit log.

CS teams can only select from admin-approved searches. They don't see database schemas or have write access, ensuring safe and controlled data access.
